Orders that have not yet been shipped may be edited or canceled. Once your order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Missing Items
We are not responsible for returns or missing items if you have not opened your package within the 30-day return window.
Product Returns
We accept returns of physical items in their original packaging (including blue sleeves) within 30 days of receipt.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping labels are not provided. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method after a full inspection of returned items. If an item is damaged, the refund may not be issued or may incur additional fees.

The email address used to purchase the items
Reason for the return
For timely processing, please email us with your return tracking number once you have shipped the item(s) back to us.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for items with defects or if an incorrect product was shipped. Refunds are accepted within 30 days of the order date.
Refund requests may take up to 3 business days to process. Upon processing, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund information.
Once the refund is processed, it may take up to 7 business days to appear in your bank, credit card, or PayPal account.
If the refund does not reflect in your account after 7 business days, please contact us.

Shipping Times: Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Address Submission: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. Ensure all information is correct before finalizing your order.
Missing Deliveries: If your carrier claims your package was delivered, but you have not received it, check with neighbors and follow up with your carrier.
Packaging: Most small orders are shipped in padded envelopes, while larger orders are sent in boxes.
Shipping Providers: We use Canada Post and Purolator for shipping. Shipping charges vary based on package weight and destination, with options selected during checkout.
Taxes & Duties
Canadian Residents: Sales tax will be included on your order.
International Buyers: You are solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid upon the arrival of your item. Failure to pay these fees may result in your package being held by customs or returned to the seller.
